Cremo Raclette Mazot

Mazot is an excellent raclette cheese by Cremo, produced according to traditional methods with pasteurised milk.
This is a smooth cheese with a unique taste – neither too strong, nor too mild – which melts quickly and evenly.
Sold in whole round or square block form, Cremo Raclette Mazot can be enjoyed prepared in any way: in a traditional raclette melter, a raclonette (electric raclette grill), over a wood fire, or even in the oven or a pan, without the fat separating.
