Cremo, con la sua marca di formaggi Von Mühlenen, vince il primo premio assoluto del "World Champion Cheese 2015" ai World Cheese Awards 2015 di Birmingham!

La società Cremo, sotto il marchio commerciale Von Mühlenen, per la quinta volta campione del mondo del formaggio ai World Cheese Awards, dopo aver già vinto nel 2006, 2005, 2002 e nel 1992 (guadagnando nel frattempo anche un secondo posto nel 2008), conquista il primo premio del "World Champion Cheese 2015" con il suo formaggio Gruyère AOP Premier Cru (Châtonnaye).

Quest'anno Cremo ha conseguito la maggior parte dei premi per i formaggi Gruyère AOP, Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP e Raclette Mazot, dei quali tre formaggi sono stati insigniti dell’oro! I risultati ottenuti in oro, argento e bronzo dimostrano la grande qualità dei formaggi commercializzati dalla società Cremo.

Più di 2.700 tipi di formaggi sono stati presentati al World Cheese Awards 2015 al BBC Good Food Show di Birmingham.
